I can create your one of a kind artwork from the reference photos that you provide.
Reference Photos Since these photos are my only link to the subject, quality is extremely important as I can only draw/paint what I see so the better the photos are the better the finished artwork will be. If the photos are dark and blurry the artwork created from them will not be sharp and in-focus.
Be sure and check photos for the following:
- Is the subject in focus,
- Is it well lit,
- Is there good contrast (a good range of shades between the lightest and darkest areas),
- Are the colors accurate?
Also please note, I cannot work from professionally produced photographs without written permission from the photographer as this would infringe on their legal copyright. (This includes photos from sources like the internet, magazines, etc. unless they are specified as Royalty Free.)

Below is a list of my standard pricing for artworks. Prices may vary depending on complexity, or as in the case of portraits – the number of subjects.

Larger oil paintings can be done but due to the cost and complexities of shipping large sizes safely please contact me to discuss if interested. Drawings cannot be rolled and must be shipped flat so 14”x18” is the largest I would consider shipping at this time.
Guarantee
During the process I will send you progress shots of your artwork so corrections can be made if needed. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if you are not satisfied, or need changes please let me know as soon as possible. With any commission it’s important to know early if changes are needed but because of the nature of colored pencil, where major modifications are not possible, it is extremely important that you let me know early to avoid delays in completing the work on time.
Payment
For commissions, there is a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due upon completion and before shipment of the finished artwork. The deposit is required with a signed contract before any work on your drawing/painting can begin. This fee covers supplies and reserves your booking slot. In addition to the ‘in-progress’ shots I will email you a photo of the completed artwork to ensure you are totally happy before accepting the final payment.
